We want you to be happy with your order. This policy sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer.

Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email us at info@iloveseaweed.org with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Condition of returns
For quality and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of bottles that are unopened and with their seal intact. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item was faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours at info@iloveseaweed.org with a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return (or processed your cancellation for damaged goods), we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. This includes the standard delivery cost, though not any premium delivery upgrade you may have chosen.
